Give us a call and one of our managers will pop out and go through your requirements in details, take measurements and advise on the project.

Once we have everything we need, we can provide you with a witten quotation for the works, this will include a payment schedule for your work.

A deposit will be required at the start of the project, and our payment schedule will correspond with certain milestones.

Once you have approved and we have confirmation you are happy to proceed, we will confirm start date and timescales for your work.

We will where possible, have materials and deliveries made ahead of our team arriving to carry out the work, sometimes they will bring the required materials, paint or items with them, eg kitchen or bathroom.

At the start of the project out team will be on site between 7am and 4pm, we will try and minimise any disruption to you where we can.

Hours of work are 7am - 4pm, our team have 15 miniute breaks at key times throughout the day and lunch at 12:30 - 1:15pm, please expect that during these times, mamebers of our team will eat lunch in their van and or map pop to a local shop.

During the day to day work our team will ensure you are happy with the work and our manager will inspect works throughout the project, once all work is complete we will get you to sign off the works.

Post work, we will supply you with your Warranty and Gurantees, all work is carried out to a satisfactory standard and we offer a 12 month or 24 month guarantee of work, some manufaturers for example with kitchens, bathrooms or appliances will have their own warrantly.
